Please allow 3 business days for processing. Shipping takes approximately 3-5 days with USPS First Class Mail. If you have not received a tracking number within 72 hours please reach out to our support team at info@anchornarrow.com

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS

If you have entered the wrong address, contact our customer service team at info@anchornarrow.com within 24 hours of purchase.

If a tracking number has already been provided, the package will be rerouted back to us. If a package is returned back to us, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping cost within 48 hours, a refund will be issued for the product only.

MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OR STOLEN

Unfortunately we are not responsible for packages once a tracking number has been issued, however we are willing to help resolve if possible. Please contact info@anchornarrow.com.

CAN I USE P.O. BOX FOR SHIPPING?

Yes, P.O. boxes are acceptable for shipping.
